Services and Health Safety
CurveLab Fitness provides premium personal training through 1-on-1 sessions, group classes, and digital programs. Participation requires you to be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent. Physical exercise is inherently strenuous; by using our services, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating and assume all risks of injury. We strongly recommend consulting a physician before starting any new fitness regimen. Importantly, the content provided by CurveLab Fitness, including workout plans and nutritional guidance, is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are responsible for monitoring your own physical condition and must stop immediately if you experience pain or discomfort. Regarding our schedule, we strive for consistency, but we reserve the right to modify service times or trainer assignments as needed. For bookings and cancellations, we require notice within a reasonable timeframe as specified in your booking confirmation to ensure our trainers can manage their schedules effectively. Failure to provide timely notice for a cancellation may result in the forfeiture of that session or a late fee. Memberships and digital program access are personal to you and cannot be shared or transferred to other individuals.

To access certain features, you may need to create a user account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We process all financial transactions through secure third-party payment processors; we do not store your full credit card details on our servers. All content on this site, including videos, text, logos, and program designs, is the intellectual property of CurveLab Fitness LLC and may not be redistributed without our consent. While we are committed to helping you reach your goals, we make no guarantees regarding specific results, as fitness outcomes depend on individual effort and biological factors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CurveLab Fitness LLC shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims related to your breach of these terms. We may update our service prices or these terms at any time; continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
