I highly recommend Lisa as a trainer! When I started at Arena in 2025 my knowledge of fitness was out of date, Lisa has helped me change the way I approach fitness. Historically I would have just jumped right into doing hours of cardio on end, but since I'm in my 40's Lisa taught me about cortisol spikes and how important it is to prioritize more of a lifting routine and minimal cardio.
